Nikon revolutionized the SLR market when it introduced D40 in 2006 and the D40x in 2007. The digital SLR camera is compact and one can carry it to places easily. It is a definitely a great and must have product in one’s life time. Nikon continues the concept of SLR cameras. Post release of D40 / D40x they launched Nikon D60. , Nikon D60 has superior image processing capabilities. The resolution of the Nikon D60 is more or less similar to D40 with 10.2 Megapixels.

The D60 uses the same technology that had been used D300. The EXPEED image processor used in Nikon D60 ensures in achieving the best possible image quality result. Nikon D60 digital is SLR - ISO sensitive. The image sensor delivers an ISO sensitivity of 100 - 1600 and offers the possibility up to ISO 3200. Compared with the D40x, the speed of action photography remained the same. Nikon D60 D-SLR – has excellent Airflow Control System feature which is coupled with anti-dust system. Such a system is always the first thing on a photographer’s wish-list as it prevents disappointments and a lot of editing afterwards.

Airflow Control System is a hit feature since dust is an annoying phenomenon that every DSLR photographer has experienced in his photography career. An additional novelty is the eye-sensor which deactivates the LCD monitor as soon as the optical viewfinder is used. The developments on the field of DSLR are fast but Nikon keep regular pace with great easiness. D60 has the capabilities to capture the market with integrity which gives its great popularity for its advance features.
